Pizza review

  • White Pizza:

Pros: Cheesey, Good flavor, Crispy yet Chewy Crust

Cons: Price, Greasy

Price: $17.75

To quote the infamous Patrick Star, this slice of pizza is“ Mmmm Cheesy." This pie of pizza has no sauce and is ALL about the cheese. Anthony’s uses a three cheese blend consisting of, ricotta, mozzarella, and romano cheese, to create this unique flavor. The pie is lightly seasoned to accentuate the cheesy flavor, and is overall very delicious. If you like cheese this is the pie for you.

  • Eggplant Marino Pizza:

Pros: Fresh taste, Flavors mix well

Cons: More Basil and Eggplant

Price: $17.75

This specialty pizza is one of the more unique pies available at Anthony’s. With a topping of thinly sliced eggplant, fresh tomato sauce, grated romano cheese, and fresh basil, this pie has a nice and fresh taste to it. The tomato sauce adds a robust flavor, along with adding the perfect amount of tangy hints to it. The romano cheese adds a sharp flavor without overpowering the rest of the pie. This pie isn’t too cheesy, and the real stars are the tomato sauce, and the eggplant. While both flavors alone are delicious, combining them on pizza makes it stand out among the rest.

This is exactly the type of pizza I would love! Next time I’m in that neighborhood I’ll be sure to visit.
