2 Bros pizza is a small location in NYC that’s main gimmick is its $1 slice of pizza. For a dollar, you can get a plain slice of pizza and that alone draws in a lot of people but just house good is a $1 slice of pizza? Honestly, it was not bad at all, better than anticipated. I expected the pizza to be flavorless and bland but it was not bad at all. And due to the big crowds, they are always cranking out new pies, so getting an old stale slice is unheard of. This is a pretty good place to get a slice on the go if you’re running around the city and don’t have time to sit.
Pizza review
Plain Slice:
Pros: Cheesey, super fluffy crust
Cons: Greasy, mediocre flavor, Poor Crust Flavor
Price: $1.00
This $1 plain slice was, like I said, better than expected. I was expecting a very bland and flavorless slice but it wasn’t too bad for the amount you spend. Yes, the pizza was very mediocre and mainly relied on its abundance of cheese to mask any dullness of the cheaply made sauce but I still can’t complain due to the price. I would only recommend getting this slice if you’re just a little hungry and don’t want to stop for something better, or if you’re feeling cheap, it’s a nice alternative to the usual McDonalds or Burger King.
