Ithaca Blueberry Soiree

Although Anthony’s Coal Fired Pizza may be best know for their pies, they also have a decent sized selection of beers to accompany their delicious pizza. They carry locally brewed beers, along with the classics that everybody knows. No matter your taste, I’m sure you’ll find a beer that’ll match your pallet of the day. Pros: Refreshing, Crisp, Authentic blueberry flavor

Cons: Tart flavor that some may not like

On my visit here, I decided to try out something a bit more unique, the Ithaca Blueberry Soiree. This beer has an amber color to it, and has a very fresh and crisp taste. This refreshing beer definitely has that blueberry flavor to it, which can be easily identified by the slight hints of tart flavor. Overall, I am a fan of sour beers, and really enjoyed the tart flavor. However, if you’re not a fan of tart and crisp beer, I wouldn't recomend it for you. I would recommend this beer to anyone that likes blueberries, and is looking for a beer that resembles those flavors.
